I will continue to write free content on this site to help you solve your tech problems, but there’s no way I can address every issue you might have. And reading an article or watching a screencast doesn’t always answer all of your questions. In order to help you blast through your tech questions and build your business, I offer personalized, one-on-one help.
When you sign up the month-long tech help package, we will meet each week for to work on your highest priority technology projects that you’d like to complete. Rather than doing the work for you, we will work through the process together. I will show you how to do each step, patiently and without any complicated technical jargon. By the end of the month you’ll know how to do the work yourself instead of having to hire someone to do it for you.
When you sign up for the single session we will work together the same way to complete your project. I will make myself available by email for a week following the session in order to answer any questions or clarification you may need.
I typically use Skype (but we can talk by phone too) and have you share your screen with me. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, I’ll guide you through it. This allows me to guide you through the process and make great use of our time together. In addition to the weekly calls, I am available to you by email or phone to answer questions that come up. I encourage you to send any question that may come up so you can continue making progress on your own.

The benefit of a flat monthly fee is that we don’t have to worry about keeping track of time. Instead, we can focus entirely on your tech needs, whether it’s setting up your web site, learning how to use an application or web site, installing Wordpress, or whatever else you want to work on.

In a single session we can set up a web site from scratch, even if you don’t have a web site or even a domain right now. I can help you get familiar with software or services like Mailchimp, Audacity, setting up email autoresponders, start selling products online.
We can cover the very same topics in the month-long program, with the primary difference being that we can go more in-depth. If you want to build your business online but don’t know how, let me help you. By the time you’re done working with me, I guarantee you’ll feel more confident and comfortable using technology.
